Enquiries

Our form collects your name, email, company or website, selected service and message. We use these details to assess your request, respond and manage the resulting work. Please leave out passwords and confidential documents.

Storage and access

The production website and enquiry database use Cloudflare Workers and D1. Enquiry notifications go to the two owner inboxes, ayortechservice@gmail.com and ayor.nuel@gmail.com, hosted by Google Gmail. Only these owner accounts are authorized to use our enquiry dashboard through Cloudflare Access. Cloudflare and Google process information as part of providing their services.

Retention and deletion

We keep active enquiries while they are being handled. Closed enquiries and their dashboard notes are deleted from the live database after 24 months. You may request earlier deletion by email, subject to information needed for an existing engagement or legal recordkeeping. Email copies and database recovery backups have separate lifecycles; owner inbox copies are reviewed and removed under the same retention policy, while recovery copies expire under the provider’s backup settings.

Measurement and security

We count saved enquiries and contact actions in aggregate by date and event type. These counters do not contain names, email addresses or message text and do not use visitor tracking cookies. We do not use advertising pixels. Spam controls may use a short-lived salted hash of an IP address; the live rate-limit record expires after one hour. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information and essential authentication cookies to operate and secure the service.

Your choices

You can contact us directly instead of submitting the form, ask what enquiry information we hold, request corrections, or request deletion. We use your enquiry to respond to your request; we do not automatically add you to a mailing list or send promotional campaigns.
